Hason Sandhu, Executive Director

Hason joined SEO in the summer of 2003 from Bain & Company, the strategic management consultancy firm. Hason worked as a business consultant for Bain for three years in a range of industries including Private Equity, Media, Sports and Telecoms.

Prior to that he spent two years with the city law firm Clifford Chance, qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. Hason received a CPE from the College of Law in 1998 and an MA in Law from Oxford University in 1996. He resides in London.

Divya Kumar, Programme Manager

Divya joined SEO in 2008 and participated in the SEO programme in 2005, interning at Barclays Capital in the Fixed Income division before joining Barclays Capital full-time in 2006. While at Barclays Capital, Divya worked in the Interest Rate Sales and Emerging EMEA Research teams. Divya received a BA (Honours) in Economics from the University of Delhi and an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Krishna Shah, Programme Manager

Krishna joined SEO in 2008 from Lehman Brothers and participated in the SEO programme in 2004, interning at Lehman in the Fixed Income division before joining there full-time in 2005. At Lehman, she worked in the Foreign Exchange department for three years, trading FX Forwards and Short Term Interest Rate products. Krishna received an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College.

Carmen Wan, Programme Coordinator

Carmen joined SEO in summer 2008 and graduated with a degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Queen Mary University. During her university years, Carmen was a student ambassador and worked with sixth form students to raise their awareness of further education opportunities. She previously worked as a recruitment consultant specialised in recruiting within Private equity and Hedge funds.

Mariana Williams, Office Manager

Mariana joined SEO in September 2008 from Merrill Lynch International Bank. She spent three years in Global Wealth Management as Assistant Client Relationship Manager in the European Financial Advisory Centre. Prior to this Mariana also spent two years in Osaka, Japan on the Japanese Exchange Teaching Programme providing language tuition and developing international relations in preparatory schools through to universities of the region. Mariana received a BA Honours degree in English Literature from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
