COURSE: Multichannel Digital Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing)

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) recognises that customers now interact with brands through a variety of channels such as direct mail catalogues, search engines and social media posts. Therefore they offer an introductory Multichannel Digital Marketing course to help you create a fully-integrated plan for your business by researching your customer engagement then optimising your content across various formats to suit their requirements.

As of January 2018 the Multichannel Digital Marketing course run by CIM is held on three dates: 26th April, 28th August and 6th December. Members are charged £536 plus VAT to attend the course, whereas non-members will have to pay £595 plus VAT.
